Alexandra Owen
Wellington-based Alexandra Owen designs sculptural garments for intelligent women. Owen wowed the fashion critics at her ANZFW debut show in 2007 and followed it up with what some said was the 'show of the week' at ANZFW 2008 and another stunner in 2009. Opening her first retail store in Wellington in 2009 and a second in Ponsonby, plus accepting an invitation to appear at New York Fashion Week in February 2010, Owen has injected an international feel to young New Zealand fashion.
