Showroom 22 clients have made the covers of even more publications lately, namely Bettina Liano on the cover of Jolie (pictured), Anna Fitzpatrick from Alt TV's 'The Seen' pictured on the cover of About Town with Dan Carter (Oct. 19th) and Karen Walker Eyewear on the cover of the Dominion Post Spring/Summer Fashion Supplement.
These covers top off a couple of MAMMOTH months for press coverage in New Zealand for our clients.

Alexandra Owen graces the cover of issue 26 of Wellington-based magazine Lucire, out on shelves this month (October 2008).
Alexandra's collection is also used exclusively in one of the editorials inside the issue, helping reinforce her cred as one of New Zealand's best young fashion talents.

The Jimi Hendrix of Fashion Journalism
IsaacLikes has spurred on an amazing debate about the role of fashion journalism in New Zealand, drawing comment from New Zealand, Australia and further afield, and even anointing Isaac as the Hendrix of fashion journalism!
The debate started over Media7's on-line panel discussion about coverage of ANZFW and has sprouted intelligent discussion about the pro's, con's, pitfalls and merits of honest, knowledgable fashion journalism.
Check out where it started and where it's currently at.

Paper Mash-up!
New York-based Paper Magazine's September 2008 issue has been inspired by none other than New Zealand fashion designer extraordinaire Karen Walker!
Paper editor Kim Hastreiter's intro letter plays out the love affair that was started when she stumbled across one of Karen's summer '09 lookbooks, full of weird and kooky disguised models adorned in the latest eyewear. Finally giving in to her obsession, Kim styled and mocked up the 62-page magazine around Karen's eyewear collection, 'Masters Of Disguise'.
